  • Shane Monahan – Owner & Coach

    Certified via NASM in Corrective Exercise (CES) and Nutrition (PN1) and via ICE in Older Adult Fitness, Shane brings 20+ years of experience helping clients live stronger, more energized lives.

  • Steven Hendriks – Kinesiologist & Exercise Physiologist

    Certified through CSEP, Steven offers evidence-based personal training, corrective exercise, and rehab services with a focus on functional movement.


  • Jon Stroud – Personal Trainer

    An ISSA-certified trainer and martial arts coach, Jon motivates clients to push their limits safely while building lasting strength.

  • Machel Rayner – Kinesiologist & Personal Trainer

    With degrees in kinesiology and public health, and 10+ years in fitness, Machel blends fun and function in his personalized training programs.


  • Claire Miller – Movement Educator

    A teacher for more than 30 years, Claire uses Pilates and Yoga Tune Up® to promote mindful, pain-free movement through posture-focused programming.

  • Pam Martin-McDonald – Holistic Health Coach

    As a certified Holistic Health Practitioner and yoga instructor, Pam focuses on stress reduction, nervous system regulation and total body wellness.
